Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free plan for students and educators?
Yes. To support education around the world, we offer our paid apps to students and teachers for free.
How do I get my free educational account?
Simply sign up by clicking "Apply now" and use your school email address. In most cases we can automatically verify your school and activate the free educational premium program. If this does not work, please contact us.
How long does the free access last?
One year at a time. When the year is up, we email you a link to confirm that you still study or teach. Confirming renews your access free of charge.
What happens if I change my email address?
Your free educational access is linked to your university e-mail. If you change your e-mail to a non-university one, your free educational access may no longer be valid.
Can our whole school or university use Audio2Edit?
The educational teacher account is for teachers who would otherwise have to pay for the premium account themselves. If you are looking for a school- or university-wide solution (white labeled), please contact us for an individual offer.
